Ruta Shuttle is the trade name of Ruta del Spondylus Rutsponsa S.A., an Ecuadorian tourist transport company based in Cuenca. We drive travelers, families and groups between the country's airports, mountain towns, beaches and the edge of the Amazon.

Good to know before you ride
Is this a private or shared transfer?
Always private. Only your group rides in the vehicle, and we leave when you are ready.
Is the price per person?
No, the price is per vehicle. A couple and a family of six each pay one rate for their vehicle size.
How do I pay?
You book online through WeTravel with any major card. A small deposit secures the ride, and you can pay the balance online up to 24 hours before or in cash to your driver.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup. Card processing fees may not be refundable.
What if my flight is late?
Send us your flight number and we follow it. Your driver adjusts the pickup time, no extra charge for normal delays.
Do the drivers speak English?
Our drivers speak Spanish, and our team helps you in English on WhatsApp before and during the trip. If you want an English-speaking guide on board, ask us for a quote.
Can you do the trip the other way around?
Yes. Every route runs in both directions at the same rate.
